• The security deposit will also cover the cleaning fee.
• To secure your booking, the deposit is payable at the time of reservation.
• Our cancellation policy requires notice at least 14 days before the event. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• The pricing structure is applicable to all bookings. However, the $15 pool fee will be waived for guests staying at the Great Escapes Bryan College Station.
• Full payment for the event is required on the day of the event prior to event start time.
